Relocora is designed using a Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) architecture.

  • Files you link or select (e.g. from Google Drive) are not uploaded to or stored on Relocora servers
  • Relocora processes only references, metadata, and permissions required to provide the requested functionality
  • File access occurs only at your request and only for the duration necessary to perform the action
  • This design supports data minimization and privacy-by-design principles.

4. Document Dossiers & File Generation

When you choose to generate a relocation dossier (such as a folder of shortcuts or a compiled document):

  • Dossiers are generated on demand
  • The resulting file is downloaded directly to your device
  • Relocora does not store, retain, or archive generated dossiers on its servers
  • Clear notices are provided within the product before dossier generation.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating the Services
  • Creating and managing user accounts
  • Generating personalized relocation timelines, tasks, and recommendations
  • Enabling document linking and dossier creation
  • Providing customer support
