Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account gets 7 days of full access automatically. No credit card required. When the trial ends, you need a Relocation Pass to keep writing and creating in the app.
- How much is a Relocation Pass?
- One-time purchase: $49 for 6 months or $89 for 12 months (USD, tax-inclusive). Passes do not auto-renew. You can extend an active pass by 6 months for $49, up to 24 months of prepaid access.
- What happens when my pass expires?
- You can still log in and view your checklist, documents, and calendar. You cannot create or edit until you buy a new pass. Your data is never deleted because a pass expired.
- What payment methods do you accept?
